Shipping
Most soaps will be custom crafted per order. Normal production time is 3 business days from time of order entry until shipment. Since production is done to order, there may be times throughout the year when shipment is delayed due to our crafters’ personal schedules. Shipping delays due to travel and/or on location craft shows will be posted in the “About Us” section of the Home page. Customers facing any delays in shipping longer than 7 days will be notified by email within 48 hours of placing order.
Normal shipping is done using United States Post Office PRIORITY MAIL Services. All shipping charges are for the lower 48 states only. Please contact us before placing an order from an International location or for orders destined for Alaska or Hawaii for a quote on shipping charges.
Returns
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact us via email or at 203-767-0765 for a Return Authorization Number.
Returns for reasons other than defective or misshipped items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Neither outbound shipping charges nor return shipping charges will be credited.
Personalized orders for 25+ of the same items that have received special pricing will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. |
